    Is it possible to get a live person to read the transcript?  That auto generated robot is inaccurate and hard to listen to.

      "You Sassy I Folder" is, um, interesting...the robot seems to have a tendency to put the emphasis on the wrong syllables, plus I keep expecting it to tell me how a charge of $596 has been made to my American Express card.
