ModelCHECK Help Topic Collection.pdf

Hi my drawing has a note outside of the format of the drawing. It gives me an error. 

Do you know if it is possible to highlight this note using the ModelCheck ?

Also, can I highlight elements not related to a view automatically using ModelCheck.
