API to Changing orientation of MBD annotation

Hi,

Is there toolkit api available to change the orientation MBD annotations or symbols?

Please help to find.

in java otk

com.ptc.wfc.wfcAnnotation.Annotation.Rotate()

but wfc package is in paid version of java API

I suggest you to select an annotation via API and then run macro to do the job
