Automatization of hyperlinks

Hello,

I work in Creo Parametric 12.4.1

I want to make my .drw more helpfull, need to automaticaly create Hyperlinks to drawing no from the table of content. I have an assembly with 100 component, in Table>Repeat Region, first cell i have parameter 

&asm.mbr.ptc_common_name

This parameter fill for all the position the drawing number.

It is posible to create links to the server of all this files (they are in PDF format) and keep the drw no in the cells?

I found this topic, but didn't find any solution to do it in Creo.
