Creo 2.0 Toolkit problem

Getting a java error if I launch index.html file in protoolkit\protkdoc folder. The error in java window is --> java.security.AccessControlException: access denied ("java.io.FilePermission" "C:\Program Files\MDT\CAD\PTC\Creo 2.0\Common Files\M110\protoolkit\protkdoc\api.IDX" "read")

I am a beginner for toolkit application...

In general Java 2 plugin problem causes unable to open .html toolkit guide in IE version of your PC.

In order to fix we need to have intall as recommended by PTC. For the quick start follow tkuse.pdf file has most of the content i  .html guide, only problem is readibility in pdf is littile painful.
