Creo Automation

I am currently working on creo Automation tool using pro programming and .ato files.

and I heard like we can do creo Automation using VB script and J-LInk.

But I don't have any idea which one is good and latest in market place (VB script and J-LInk) and also looking for any of the study materials.

Could you Please help me to get few links to learn the latest in market tool (VB script and J-LInk)
