What is the feasibility of using Creo 2 with significant toolkit customization and Windchill 10.1 on a 32 bit Windows platform?

It is feasible, but Windows 2003 32-bit, is not officially supported by PTC for production servers.
From the future hardware list, WC10.2 may not support 32-bit at all.
Officially Windows Server 2003 is not supported at WC10.1.
