Fatal Error Encountered: Creo 7

I received the below error message while adding an isometric view to a drawing in Creo 7. The drawing opens fine to the last save point, but crashes whenever any change is implemented and subsequently terminates the program. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a resolution in the past? The traceback log is attached.

Hi,

I guess your drawing contains sheetmetal model.

Set templarary config.pro option

GRAPHICS WIN32_GDI

If this will resolve the issue, than you have some problem with graphics.

Is it just this one drawing that crashes the Creo session?

Try opening and making the changes on another workstation.

Creo 7.0.5.0 is 2 years out-of-date, try installing a newer version of Creo 7.

Attaching a Traceback.log file to the community does no good, as we in the community cannot interpret them. They only do good to PTC support engineers when you open a support ticket.
