how do you add student license pack to C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing

I do need to upgrade to creo 3.0 student edition and I need to overwrite the expired license to new edition

    email you request to -

    enter your request on http://support.ptc.com/appserver/support/academic_case_logger/academic_case_logger.jsp

    To get new license file, send them MAC address of your network card. You can find it in old license file (after PTC_HOSTID= keyword).
