How to create Creo parameter and Relations for 2d drawing?

I want to learn Creo parameter and Relations for 2d drawing. please suggest me best tutorial for that.

I am using Creo 10.

Relations are not supported for Drawings. For Toolkit and Parameter, there is plenty of code within the example folder.
