How to Handel "foreign program 'unnamed' did not initialized properly" popup?

I am creating Asynchronous  toolkit but i am getting this popup and after it my application stop working how i handle this

hi, having the same problem after updating a VB API Programm from Creo 3.0 to 8.0 (without changing code). Anybody got a solution?

thanks, but if Creo 3 works and Creo8 not can this be this problem?
