I need to add a Lock operation in J-Link and perform the action from the Creo Toolkit. Can anyone please let me know on how it can be done. Thanks

If your Toolkitapplication is a synchronous one you can start it from J-Link and wait for the result so it blocks your async J-Link application automatically.

Else ... I don't understand your question : )
