We have assembled component using toolkit. Is it possible to flip one of the constraint using toolkit?

ProElementtreeElementVisit, filter on PRO_E_COMPONENT_ASSM_ORIENT or PRO_E_COMPONENT_COMP_ORIENT, in 'visit' function - change integer value, regenerate.

For few constraint, flip is not allowed or disabled. How to know this ?
