J-link for sketch splines

Hi,

Does anyone know of any example files that show how to manipulate sketcher splines using j-link (WF4 student version). I am finding that the sketcher spline features are too simple to properly define the curves that I want and it is difficult to have the spline shape change with instances of the the family table. It seems J-link has the capability but it would be useful to have an example to build on.
