Move a view from one sheet to another sheet using toolkit

Hi All,

I am using Creo 4.0 and ProToolkit for customization.In creo we have an option "Move to sheet" in the layout->edit Tab to  move a selected view from one sheet to another sheet. I want to do that using Protoolkit. I didn't find any API to do so. Can someone give me a solution to move a view from sheet to sheet.
