When Creo crashes, there is some way it leaves behind a setting or state indicator telling it that it had an abnormal closing. This way it can pop up a window asking if the user wants to try to load the things that were in memory in the prior session or just open a new session. Maybe what you are seeing is this window attempting to open up. Maybe there is a way, when you start up your application, to not attempt to open that window, to ignore the setting and reset it to “normal”.

You’ll have to investigate to find out if my guess is correct. I don’t know how you’ll do that, maybe if there’s some sort of debugging log created? I don’t do Creo application programming.
