ProFeatureExternParentsGet

I have an assembly and in one part, there is an CSYS offset to CSYS. First CSYS is created using three default datum and second CSYS is offset to first CSYS.

I am doing ProFeatureExternParentsGet() for part with all references PRO_ALL_REF_TYPES. For second CSYS, I am getting two parents, one for dependent first CSYS and other for parameter used to do offset. This I can identify in Creo reference viewer. But for me, for second Csys's second reference, API ProExtRefTypeGet() and ProExtRefModelitemGet() crashes.

How to avoid this situation?
