proMDlsave returns PRO_TK_general_error. and the model is not saving into workspace.

Hi,
proMDlsave returns PRO_TK_general_error. and the model is not saving into workspace. But we can save it manually into the workspace and its worked. May I know why and what we can do to overcome this issue?
