Provide a function in Pro/TOOLKIT to "Checkout AND Revise" an object from Windchill

Currently it's not supported by Pro/TOOLKIT to do also a "Revise" beside a Checkout of an object from Windchill using ProServerObjectsCheckout() like it's written in Article - CS254712 - What Revise and Check Out options in Windchill PDMLink are supported by Creo Parametric customization.

This functionality would be a great improvement for further CREO-releases.
