Redrawing the screen when editing annotations in drafting on a low-spec PC

When you try to edit annotation text etc. in drafting, it is redrawn continuously, making it very difficult to use.
I would like to know if there is a way to prevent continuous redrawing using config etc.

Hi,

this is caused by graphic card driver.

What graphic card is installed in your PC ?

What graphic card driver version is installed ?

    download older/newer versions of driver, install it and test. Only this way you can resolve your problem.

    Note: PTC does not support Intel graphic cards.
