Save Searbox UI

I can change the View in the Searchbox (File -> Open) of Parametric.

So its possible to show also attributes instead of just the name. If i close Parametric and open the Searchbox again, Parametric will run with the default UI of the Searchbox and will show me just the Name again.

 

How can i save this Setting. I tried it by saving the Customization_ui but it didnt work.

 

Is it possible?

If yes how can i save the setting?

Sorry, I meant the open dialog window. After research, I found out that it is something you can handle through the configuration editor. 

You can set "file_open_default_view" to list* or detail to change the view option in the open dialog window. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to select an option automatically.

To Build a Query in the Search Tool

 

It would seem that you are using inaccurate terminology in your OP and are not asking about the search tool inside Creo. The file open dialogue box UI is not the search tool UI. To modify the display configuration of this dialogue box you can record a mapkey (macro) for re-use.
