ucore46.dll is still missing - Creo 4.0

Hi community,

I'm a begginer of Creo Toolkit and trying to run a sample application.

The sample "pt_async" successfully built its exe file but I had an error "ucore46.dll was not found" when I ran it.

As shown in previous topics, I added a path <creo common files>/<machine name>/lib to both environment and system environment PATH.

However, I still have the error.

Could you show me any idea to solve it? Shold I set some exrta configurations?
