UI dialog minimize using toolkit

Hello

 

I would like to minimize dialog of Creo toolkit application. Can we do anything to set this minimize attribute for dialog?

Checked with PTC support and confirmed that toolkit API is not available for this...

Resource file option is available for minimize button.
