Unable to find API to get repeat region attributes

Hello Community,

I am trying to get detail about repeat region in drawing table. I want to check whether region in drawing table is fix or unfix using protoolkit.

can any one help me on this ? or have any work around to check whether region is fix or not?

How in Creo interactively we can check that you can see in below snap.
