Upgrading protoolkit WF 3.0 to WF 5.0

Hello,

I am working on ProE WF 3.0 & I have some set of protoolkit applications created in it.This applications are created using VS 2003 IDE project seettings(not makefile).Now we are planning to move to WF 5.0.So I will have to upgrade all this applications to WF 5.0.So what extra care I should take(other than using VS 2008 IDE,WF 5.0 libraries & includes) while upgrading.
