VB API Example not working

Hi All,

I am new to Creo VB API, recently installed it with Creo version 7.0.9.0. I am trying out the example Async_Mode_Example.xls in folder C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 7.0.9.0\Common Files\vbapi\vbapi_examples.

But when I open the file, provide the path to parametric.exe file and click on 'Run Async' button, a dialog box pops up with the following message -

Process Failed : Unknown error occured.

Error No: -2147352567

Error: pfcExceptions::XToolkitNotFound

I checked that that the 'PRO_DIRECTORY' and 'PRO_COMM_MSG_EXE' variables are set correctly. I am not sure how to start nmsd executable. I just opened a creo parametric session and tried again but same error.

Please help with this issue. Snapshot attached.
