VW Addon 150001000 not working
I am using Creo Parametric Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.5.0
We are unable to open either the VW AG add-on or the Audi add-on (version: 15000100). The standard Creo version (version 11.05.0) is functioning correctly. The two supplier add-ons cannot be started. The Creo version was successfully checked and approved during the add-on installation.
This is a Java error. A higher and compatible Java version (Amazon Coretto) is installed.
Here are the errors that I faced
"Wrong Java Runtime Environment!
The defined command "C:Volkswagen\Volkswagen\VWAG_CreoParametric_15000100\app\vw_tools\vw_tools\1.6.2.0\java\x86e_win64\jdk\bin\java.exe" shows version denied.
Required ist Java Platform Standard Edition 17 x64 version 17.0.15 or higher. OpenJDK Amazon Corretto 17 x 64 can be used as well."
