Question

Wildfire 4: How to get list of models in workspace

Hello,

currently I don't have a INTRALINK or PDMLink installation available and a customer asks the following (simple?) question:

Is it possible to get a list of models that are currently in the (current/active) workspace?
Toolkit, Weblink/VB/Jlink ???

With WF5 I know there is an enhancement in the ProFilesList() command where you can use a wtws:// (or something like that) as the directory path.

But does anyone know what's the correct command/method in Wildfire 4?

Thanks.

Andreas

I think some clarification is needed.
If you are not using INTRALINK ro PDMLink, workspaces are not used and therefore do not exist.

Yes... I know. What I wanted to say: I cannot test it at the moment. My
customer of course has PDMLink?

Can you just log into his pdmlink? There is no client software. If he can get you access thru VPN - then you would register his windchill server, and set his workspace as active.
