Windchill Auto-numbering

Hello,

 

Is it possible that we can start with auto-numbering from PPL00000001 to till PPL00000220 then in between we want to skip some numbers and again start from PPL00003210 to so on….?

You can define your start sequence to be anything you want. Just realize that the sequencing will ‘use’ numbers and discard them along the way. As to doing a skip in sequencing like that, it would require custom coding to jump that block of numbers.It may be easier, if that is the only skip you need, to just watch the numbering and change the OIR when you need to execute the jump.
