Improvements for SmartMenu

The following feature would be very helpful:

1. combine config-options with Mapkeys
2. Layer Operation
   1. set layer status (hide / show / isolate)
   2. set layer active / inactive
   3. toggle layer status between show <--> hide
3. set drawing options
