Question
Dell Precision M2800 problem
Has anyone used the Dell Precision M2800 laptop with Creo/Elements Pro
(WF5)? I just received two and they lock up every few minutes when using
Creo/Elements Pro. Typically it locks up when I'm trying to spin or zoom.
I suspect a graphics card driver issue.
I purchased this model because it was a certified system, but I'm
disappointed so far.
My driver version is: 13.352.1002.0
On the PTC site it says driver version: 13.251.1.1000
I'm using Creo/Elements Pro M200
Does that mean I have to go to dell.com and find the previous driver for
this machine to work correctly?
