How I can generate a report from a diagram?

I want to know how I can generate a report from a diagram where I can explain the elements, the caliber, size, color, among others aspects...

Hi,

Using 'format report', in Data tab, you can create a report that shows any required parameters or value calculated by java method;

after creating the report, you can place the report result as a table on design sheet; it will be automatically updated if design changed/updated,
