How to change the the numerical of Tolerance in Creo elements directs Drafting (Mixed UI) 20.7

I have a issue with creating the tolerance.

For example. When I type the tolerance 0.027, it only show 0.03

I tried to find the Tolerance setting box and never see it. Please help me to  change this format. Thank you

To change the tolerance value, you can use the menu:

Dimension

MENU 3

CHG TOLERA

Edit

Then select the dimension and type the new value.

Type the command:

CHANGE_DIM_FORMAT MAIN_TOL '0.000'

and then select the dimension.

After having typed the command  CHANGE_DIM_FORMAT MAIN_TOL '0.000', then pressed the key enter, then selected the dimension, if it does not work, may you are SPOTLIGHT OFF and the part in which is the dimension is not the active part.
