I have no access to view or read any of the items there.

 

Is that a mistake from me or my account ?

You must have active (paid) maintenance.

I just learned this myself.

But... that doesn't mean that a "discussion" can't spark an "idea" by a maintenance user.

The fact that non-maintenance users can't read the ideas is a shame.
