revision level in windchill

one of most aggravated functions for me 

What is your intention to revise a part - change - correct ?

so why when you change revision level Windchill does not ask - "do you want to check out' ?

of course not - because you have to get back - mark it again and then check out 

don't you think it would save many clicks and time?
