[Meeting 8] document structure and exchangebility

Hi all,

after some discussions with my colleagues here come some more topics regarding document structures and document usage in the old and new client:

1. documents should be always editable in different views. So it should be possible to work with a document no matter if it's in a view where you see only one chapter or segment or if you want to see it as the whole document.

2. the need of migrating a document from the old to the new client is seen in a more sceptical way. It should always be possible to work with a document with the old and the new client, at least for already existing documents. No user has to be forced to use one or another UI, because another user has migrated a document.
