Why has the installer stopped during the PostgreSQL install step?

The most common cause for this is a shortage of available RAM. It may be necessary to increase the available RAM or install additional cores. Please refer to the minimum install requirements listed here:

This was helpful, The installation was failing during PostgreSQL installation step ... I have 16GB on my laptop I temporary closed Chrome, Outlook, PowerPoint to decrease usage down to 6GB. I also uninstalled PostgreSQL through Windows uninstall and removed the MFG created directory. I launched the install process again through "setup.exe" and I was able to complete.
