Atlascopco PF6000 Open Protcol lose data when I connect to OT network & KepServer

Atlascopco PF6000 Open Protcol lose data when I connect to OT network.

When I connect  PF6000 with my laptop using Kepserver Open Protocol ,I'm able to read and write .

 

But ,When I connect PF6000 to my sever through OT network ,I'm loosing data one or two data's are working .

Could you please let me know ,what could be the issue ?

Hello,

 

Please try increasing the request timeout to see if this resolves the issue. If not, you may want to capture Wireshark traffic to check what is happening when connecting through the OT network.
