Bind the kepware Tags from Industrial thing using services

Hi,

We wanted to bind the kepware tags and create Things from main Industrial thing using a seperate Mashup. 

i.e We wanted to create a mashup which traverses from the step of Discover (from main industrial thing), browsing the stations and till binding of tags/properties.

Is it possible to do the backend using services?
