Booleans showing 0 not 1

Hello, im setting up tags in Kepware where previously we have used RS linx, the booleans tags are all showing 0 when it should be a 1 and are not changing at all. The quality of the tag is good and its showing correctly (1) in RS linx but a 0 in kepware, anyone got any advice?

Hello, i checked the scan rate and its already set to 100ms, half the tags are correct and half are not even from the same rack and module is correct
