Can I use Kepware to get the data from Toshiba controller TC200

The short answer to this question is no, there is not a KEPServerEX driver that will interface directly with the Toshiba TC200. I am currently looking into a past use-case where a customer may have used the User Configurable (UCON) driver in KEPServerEX to build a custom transaction with the TC200. I am going to email you from the Kepware Technical Support queue to discuss more.
