cant seem to login to My.Kepware.com

created an account on My,Kepware.com yesterday. Used the site to setup a couple of kepware licenses. Today,  I try to log in and nothing happens. Tried multiple times and couldn't log in. I changed my password, got the reset password email and followed the directions. Reset my password and tried to login and it still never accessed the site.  Submitted a ticket to get a resolution and called the support line. Was told to put in a ticket and they will call me back. I still haven't heard back.
