Connect Kepware and Thingworx

Kepware and Thingworx installed on separate server.

Getting following logs in Kepware while trying to connect to Thingworx (9.3.4).

Able open Thingworx URL in Kepware system.  There is no log on Thingworx. How to resolve this error?
