Connection error trying to connect to AWS IoT

I was following this tutorial to setup a MQTT connection between AWS and my KEPServer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pr08r8B2wQE

Both the KEPServer and AWS IoT Core are configured on the same machine but the connection is not working properly. What tutorial should I follow to properly setup this connection?

Hello,

We had fixed a bug in versions earlier than 6.10.659, so it is recommended to use the latest version if possible.

If the issue persists, please check the following:

  • Ensure the default IoT Gateway port (57212) is not being used by another application.
  • Temporarily turn off Windows Firewall (for testing purposes only).

Thanks

I'm using KEPServerEX6 v6.18.296.0.

Do you have any experience or documentation to connect KEPServer and AWS IoT Core?
