Data loss between KEPServerEX V6.13.266 and our Atlas Copco Torque Tools.

We are experiencing inconsistent data loss between KEPServerEX V6.13.266 and our Atlas Copco Torque Tools. Specifically, torque results are missing in the following scenarios:
Power Cycles/Battery Swaps: Results fail to report immediately after switching the tool ON or swapping batteries.
Intermittent Drops: We are seeing partial data transfer (e.g., only 5 out of 9 tightening cycles recorded).
Please review these cases and provide your recommendations or potential fixes to resolve these synchronization issues.
