Data loss in KEPServerEX and 6.17 and 7.0.
We are running KEPServerEX as an OPC UA Client in a production environment to connect to an IGS OPC UA Server. The total tag count is around 6,000.
The issue is that KEPServer frequently suffers from connection losses and reconnections, accompanied by socket errors. Simultaneously, when checking the tag quality via Quick Client (QC), the status shows BAD. Although performing a Reinitialize temporarily restores normal operation, the problem recurs frequently, leading to significant data loss. This instability has caused serious frustration for the customer.
How can we resolve this issue?
