Differences between Kepware versions reading PLC tags

We are having problems with two Kepware implementations reading differently.  Here are the specifics:  We have one server that has KepServerEX 6.  It reads one of our PLCs well; no problems.  We also have a new server with Kepware Server 7.  This implementation will not read from the exact same PLC.  It’s showing Bad in the OPC quick client.  

Has anyone seen this before?

Could you please share the details of the driver being used in Kepware Server v7? Additionally, let us know if you are encountering any errors on the server.

If possible, please provide:

  • The driver name and version.
  • Any error messages displayed in Kepware Server v7.
  • Screenshots of the error, device status.

This information will help us investigate the issue further and identify the root cause more efficiently.
