Error 0xc0040007 at 6.13 which doesn't appear on 6.7

Hello everyone,

I do have a question regarding error 0xc0040007 in version 6.13.250.0 which occurring when I am trying to ask for a value from Fanuc via Focas driver. In previous version 6.7.1046.0 problem doesn't exist. I have exported and imported whole configuration tree in order to upgrade already OPC server (from 6.7 to 6.13). Both are fully licensed so that is out of scope but where all Siemens devices are responding correctyly, all those with mentioned Fanuc controllers are not providing any requests for a values (I've checked on Firewalls on the way)

When I try to use Quick OPC Client I am receiving :
Failed to add item (...device path.value) to group (the same device path) (HR=0xc0040007).

Have you got any clues where to search for any solution?
