how to connect kepserverex 8.5 with printer device

i couldnt connect to my printer through kepserverex using modbus TCP/IP Ethernet.

please guide us regarding this query as soon.

If this is a Modbus Ethernet connection, you can follow the same steps shown in this connectivity guide:

The screenshots in that guide are for an older version of the product, but the steps are the same.

 

If you are having difficulty making the connection still, we will need to know the manufacturer and model of the device you are trying to connect to, and we recommend that you open a case with our Technical Support team here:

and attach any relevant documentation you have for that device.
