客戶在開啟kepserver administration的設定時會跳出，invalid or missing user information : data is corrupt跟開啟程式畫面時會當掉
在cmd輸入sc config KEPServerEXLoggerV6 depend= KEPServerEXKeySvcV6再開啟錯誤訊息變成general serialization failure
